★★☆☆☆ To be quite honest yes this app is very poor so poor that I never get a video visit with my sister sad to say this is exactly how it is being incarcerated your ignored problems rarely get fixed sad this is our jail system and unfortunately corr links video won't ever get fixed either

★★☆☆☆ I can log in and when I do, it says you have never tested this computer or internet, but I have on 3 different occasions had video visits on my cell phone and on the same internet nothing has changed and when I bypass that part and run the test I end up getting an alert, and it says this video session is currently unavailable please try again in a few minutes. I've done that, I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work
