Not the best app!! They prioritize phone bookings and have cancelled my taxi just to give it to someone who rang after I booked online, ( I was next to the customer at the time they rang), even the drivers complain about customers using this app. If I can't pay cash I don't use them as they take a holding amount, and it takes up to a couple of weeks to get it back. It's a shame because they have such friendly helpful drivers

Probably worse in Northampton. Had such a bad experience... Most of the time not comi g on time... But once then I Preordered taxi and driver came 10 minits earlier. Asked driver to wait a bit. After couple minits got call from office guy he was rude and was shouting why I'm still not in a taxy if I'm in such a hurry!?! After this didn't use this company services anymore.

The app needs an indication of waiting time. Waited half an hour for a taxi booked for straight away. One taxi was dispatched then cancelled so had to wait again for another to be dispatched
