I absolutely love this app it is perfect for couples that really are feeling each other. I sent this is by far the cutest app I have run across, with cool options like the thumbkiss. my only problem is that it seems to not let me upload video files I think it's an app problem because I have a Samsung S8 Plus so there's no reason for it to be a phone problem

I cannot log into my account says invalid email. when I tried to make a new one even with same email says a user already using that email. so why saying invalid email. please help me get back into my account. only issue I have had with this app.

I've been a long time fan of Couple, but like others I suddenly can't log in. Trying to reset my password on the web it takes a long time, then finally tells me "Reset failed, please try again." Trying same on app tells me "No such email in our records." Trying to create a new account with that same email via app tells me "That email already exists." So my wife and I are now de-Coupled.
