★★★★★ Not a bad app, but what would be better than I can't see it at the moment is to send secure messages and read the replies. As at the moment I still need to log onto the main website.

★★☆☆☆ Oops, an error has occurred. Please try again. Oops, an error has occurred, please try again. There appears to be an issue with our app. The app service is down due to technical difficulties. Phones for help. Finds out that: 1) You must have location services enabled. 2) You cannot use a VPN. 3) You cannot install on more than one device. LLoyds, Halifax, Santander, Nationwide have no such restrictions. So it's a choice between privacy and security or the app. I chose to delete the app.

★★☆☆☆ The app constantly said it was under maintenance, so I've uninstalled it and installed it again, now I can't log in because app thinks it's registered on another phone. Ps. You could only see savings, no mortgage.

★★☆☆☆ I've got no fewer than 10 banking and financial services apps on my phone, and none of them force the user to activate location access in order to log in to their apps, apart from the snooping Coventry BS. I'll continue to use the website instead.
