It works. You have to follow the instructions EXACTLY, IN ORDER. You need to input the app email address into the camera before you can finish adding the camera to the app. Then the camera/app work great. Setup should more automated...ie "scan this qr code" to add camera... The app works on my Android phone but not on my Chromebook tablet.

Terrible. My Creative XP Glassraven 4g camera has been acting up lately. It was sending a picture every 45 minutes at night for no reason. All the settings were correct in the camera, so I thought I'd delete the app and re install. I was happy to see there had been any update in late January and thought it might fix the issue. WRONG. Now the app won't even open. I've deleted and reinstalled 3 times. I've restarted my phone several times. JUNK APP, JUNK CAMERA.

So far not good. Cameras are 'fussy" "quirky". The Application doesn't work. It does not link to my SimHero account as it says it will. I will be returning + $700 order if I do not get these issues resolved. SOON. I will go to one star or five depending upon their CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Won't allow me to register my email, how could I even rate the app if I can't even get into it.

Registration fails. Never sends email confirmation. There is no done button. Sends to web browser to fill out registration and never sends email to reset password . Update: email went to spam and I was able to confirm but it sucks that I can't copy and paste, or better yet be able to use autofill, to put in my password. This needs to be fixed.
