I have been with CUA since 1981 and have always felt welcomed and "taken care of" no matter what type of transaction(s) I am doing. The associates that I have dealt with have always been very pleasant and helpful. Great place to be "taken care of" when dealing with your monies and the different options they have for you.

You're better off using a piggy bank, if I could give this app 0 starts I would, just the simple fact that you have to wait a week for your purchases to be reflected on your account is insane, not to mention there's literally nothing in the app that actually works, like Snap check, I hope you like to spend 4 hours taking hundreds and hundreds of pictures just to finally deposit that check, like better off at an ATM, or even another moneylender entirely, this app is a waste of space!!

Since the update it doesn't show the correct amount that you have with your bills in pending. Before the update it would give you your total with bills subtracted. Since it is not doing this I have been screwed twice so far thinking I had a certain amount of money and then having the bills subtract after. It's very confusing and would like the old app back that showed your amount minus pending bills.
