★★★★★ Fun crossword puzzles and no annoying ads interrupting the game.

★★★★★ I like the interface, I like the puzzles (even if they are on the easier side, it's nice to chase quicker times) but the ads are just horrible. After every puzzle there's like a 30-second ad (and they're those annoying ones that try to make you play a different game). I like the rest of the experience enough I would pay for a way to get rid of the ads, but there's nothing in the game store regarding that. Edit: I just tried the app again and see they finally added a no ads' subscription, great!

★★★★★ Like it but shuts down a lot. I lose all the puzzles I have completed when I update. Frustrating. Keeps progress but puzzles are gone like I never did them. It's been better since last update. I am so frustrated. I hope u get game working. Still losing progress. Fed up. I like game but getting fed up with losing progress and also redoing puzzles I have already done. I get help quick when I contact help.

★★☆☆☆ Having to refresh game after any game I play. Also losing coins that I haven't used. 06/24... Game won't even load! Been trying all day! And if I delete & reload, I have to reaccept all the badges again. Maddening!

★★☆☆☆ Way too many issues! Crashes, not able to access store, can't get rewards, freezes, can't get new puzzle packs, etc. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I can't get access support in app. When I ask support for help, I'm told to be patient. It's been at least a week. I'm not really seeing any difference. The only puzzles I'm able to do are the Daily ones.

★★☆☆☆ I love this crossword app. However, the glitches are so annoying. Every day, it freezes or crashes. I wish the makers would do something about it.
