Please take the calendar off, it will go tight back to the beginning of you pause, and that is very frustrating, please just let us type our own birthday in the box, that calendar make the whole process take so, so much longer than it should, it has taken me a few days to get really fed up with this part of the process. Because it takes so long to just put your birthday in. When your as old as I am, any way. Take it off, please, Trust I am not the only one.

The amount per minute is crazy plus you tax per minute. I pay .31 per minute plus tax. This is a crazy price to talk to your loved ones.

BE WARNED! Why doesn't it tell you can only use a credit card once every 24 hours!? I don't have another card to use, and now it won't let me send my boyfriend funds for another week!! So annoying and frustrating! Why is that even a thing? I should be able to send him however much money I want to send him! Now I won't be able to talk to him! Maybe you all should tell people that stuff beforehand!!!!

Worst app ever. It keeps declining my card and locking me out of my account supposedly because my billing address doesn't match the listed address that's on the account. I have to wait 12 hours for it to be unlocked. It's incredibly frustrating

Can't add Commissary, there is a discount to use the app, but it doesn't work, so you have to call and charged the higher fee. I can see why you don't fix it, you're making a ton of money on the fees
