I Absolutely Love this game and I Love all cats too. I have one problem though. I lost all my levels due to having to get my phone cleaned because I got hacked. I meant to tell him, please, I don't want to lose any levels on any of my games but forgot. Can you help me ?. Iam not sure exactly what level I was on, but I am positive that it was in the 900s. I tried sending an email a few times, but I don't think it went through because I never heard back about this issue. I didn't want to start over

Can't get past level 261, which is pay to win only UPDATED: Considered uninstalling, but am still playing currently Level 276. NO email response from Customer Service, when I asked about transferring progress from Cute Cats game to my new phone (rather than starting all over from Level 1). Still playing on old device as I don't want to lose all my game progress. Love that it can play offline. Ads are minimal especially when offline. UPDATED 2: Uninstalled 2022/10

This game is so different from what it was three years ago. Most of the cats' dialogue has been deleted, the levels have become too difficult to pass (I have made up to 78 attempts to pass some levels), players have to watch an infinite number of ads in order to gain 5 coins at a time to pay for 5 extra moves costing 100 coins. This game used to be enjoyable. The last time I played I was less than 10 cats from the end. This redesigned game isn't worth the trouble.
