★★★★★ I've been a regular at Cutters for about a year now, and it's the only place I've been to where I've been satisfied every single time. The app is also great - easy to use and innovative. Some feedback: I wish there was a way to see which hairdressers are available, as there's one person in particular who I really trust. I also wish it were possible to tip the hairdresser after the cut. I'm a very happy customer, thank you!

★★☆☆☆ I tried this at Gardemoen, earlier before it has been a good experience. This time it was a disaster, I was in a rude way stopped when I came there. Just touching my hair saying you cannot have a hair cut because you have used wax. I had already paid and asked what would happen now, was told just to wait, and the money will be reimbursed. Now 1,5 weeks later I have still not seen any money. Here some customer experience need to be checked

★★☆☆☆ Queue is not real time. Really ruins this concept completely. E.g., you see the salon is available, pay for the haircut, and only then the app finds your place in the queue - so you could end up with a long waiting time even though the app said the salon is available. And when you cancel (because you don't have time to wait), you don't get a refund, you only get a voucher. So instead of saving time, this ends up wasting my time.
