7/14/24 Working again. Didn't even have to speak to anyone. Thank you!!! ----------------------------------- Was working just fine until today 7/12/24. Went to place an order for my next round of medicine, and it said update now. Clicked on link to do so but no update option came up. Uninstalled and reinstalled yet same issue. Guess I will have to use website. Hope this gets fixed. Worked like a charm before.

I don't know much about this app I know if it is like calling in then you will only get the run around. This is the worst place to get a prescription filled. I have been dealing with CVS Specialty since Sept. 3 2023 and my medication I need is still in limbo. First they tell me they got to talk to my doctor, then it was they needed a prescription, then insurance, then talk to my doctor. So I do not recommend this place at all. If you need any kind of special medicine you better stay clear of them

When entering the app I'm told to upgrade. Click upgrade now and there are no upgrades available....click in a vicious circle and never getting into the app. Waste of my time!

Stay far away from the app and CVS Specialty Pharmacy. The app doesn't work 75 percent of the time. And good luck getting your meds refilled properly.
