I purchased Rise of Skywalker tickets on the CW app in October when they went on sale. I bought tickets to the 10:30 PM showing for December 19th. A few hours before the showing I checked my app, and it said the showing was for 12:30 AM on the 20th. I show up to the theater at midnight to see the 10:30 showing exiting the theater. I go inside and not one single employee is around. I tried scanning my ticket at the kiosk, and it said no tickets available.
