Love the service! It provides easy access to bikes in Sofia, whether you are running late and need to get somewhere fast, or you just want to enjoy a ride around the city. The app is easy to use, and customer support is always very kind and helpful.

Easy to use app, cool bikes, friendly and helpful customer support. I was surprised to find that this great service is provided by a small Bulgarian startup. Also love the fact that when you top up 20 bgn to your account, you get 6 bgn for free :)) Keep up the good work guys!

Your service is criminal. Most of your bikes are broken and right now my bike can't unlock, and your customer support is not picking my calls neither replying my emails. While I keep paying and can't leave the bike. This is unreal.

App takes too long to initially register (no login with Google/Facebook available, asks for a complicated password and my address, for some reason). Locking the bike was also terrible, as it kept asking me to take a picture of the bike, but wouldn't let me take the picture when I tried, all while continuing to charge me by the minute, even though I had already locked the bike. Bike's chain fell like 5 times in 1 kilometer and I had to get dirty to fix it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

The bikes are cheap and malfunctioning (3 bikes in a row with different problems) It is expensive, the app is terrible. Awful experience - this is a borderline scam. Try to avoid at all costs

While the registration was simple and fast I was not able to terminate my ride from the application, and it took two phone calls, while credit was still ticking to terminate it
