Dillion was extremely cordial & patient with our family as we were very indecisive and asked a multiple of questions about many menu items. I downloaded the app. With the help of my son, I eventually got a coupon. Dillion patiently waited for me to get the offer and even smiled once we got it. He also came to our take to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall a 😍 experience!!

★★★★★ I received an email regarding Daddy's Chicken Shack. I looked it up and found the location in Colleyville, Texas. I came in today to try it. Marlene and another associate greeted me when I came in. I explained that it was my first time there. She took the time to go over menu options, including the all day breakfast options. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich #2. She asks me if I would like a combo. Which I always order and a large drink.I like the orange cup. Everyone so polite and helpful!!

★★☆☆☆ Very crazy, crowded and messed up orders. It just opened up, so hopefully they get a better system down. My chicken was pink inside, but again they were trying to get food out fast. I don't think this is a fair review, but t honest. I will try again someday.

★★☆☆☆ App does not allow ordering Family Slider Meal, select 4 sliders and try to add to cart and receive an error message to select 4 sliders.
