Can't sign up because it won't allow me to select a location to order food from, and you can't use the app unless you have an account. A waste of time.

Made an account, instantly fails to sign in. Try to reset password, doesn't send an email. Completely non-functional.

Reward system is garbage! Not only it expires after 1 year with no warning, options to redeem is very limited. You can't just redeem for anything on their menu, but only specific item they have pre-determined. Worst, you can only redeem one offer each time/day. For example, I have over 2000 points. When I tried to redeem the Dilly Bar available in their reward list of products, I found out I can only redeem for a bar per redemption/day, not even a 6-pak !!! This must be the worst reward system!

Something in the app doesn't let you apply your rewards, you could have a lot of points/rewards but once you want to use them (of course ordering what is inside the reward) it simply won't let you apply telling you "this item doesn't apply to your reward" even if it DOES apply. Bucket of fries and cheese curds aren't in the menu app either. App keeps logging me out and displays "network error" sometimes, even when I have reception.
