★★☆☆☆ App not working... In installed application giving message to update. Once click update it comes to Android play store and no option for update... Only Open visible. APP NOT WORKING

★★☆☆☆ I cannot open my application. It says update available but when I click on it, it takes me to dallah app on Google Play Store and prompts me to reopen or Uninstall app. Have clicked both choices and reinstalled app. App not opening. Please fix.

★★☆☆☆ Useless app, and the hospital is one of the worst hospitals I have ever visited. The app requires tons of improvement. Filled with bugs. You cannot check in as it always tells you the OTP is wrong and then suddenly checks you in to your appointment to find that you cannot pay. This will cause you to visit the reception who will have issues because you have already checked from app. If want to change the appointment, it will show you available slots but good luck selecting any. Ridiculous
