★★★★★ 5 stars to complain! I felt positive about the app. Made the payment, and I didn't even receive an email of acknowledgement. It's like I paid for nothing. I couldn't even log in because my email and password weren't valid. I had to seek attention from customer support, who just sent me a link with directions to unsubscribe. I can't access the account to unsubscribe. It's a scam! If you're reading this, please assist me with unsubscribing. I want my money back!

★★★★★ Editing my review: There was an accidental pause on my account but customer service was able to unpause. There should be an ability for a "paused" member to look at their membership AT ALL to unpause themselves. I paid for the service, and they are saying I have to purchase it a second time. This is a sneaky business tactic with no clear way to get anything solved. When I logged out and back in, it wiped away the one video I got to look at.

★★☆☆☆ They are taking your money before the subscription starts. Even though I cancelled, I was charged.

★★☆☆☆ This is an intrusive app that will charge your account for hundreds of dollars even though you've tried to cancel the subscription many times. They won't give you a refund either. Do not install this app. I used it for sum total of 7 days and tried to cancel, and they are still deducting from my account three months later.
