Love the food but why the heck can't you order anything MILD on your App? Hot, Medium or plain are the only choices online. Pretty annoying that I have to stand in the restaurant for 15–20 minutes just because my family wants mild sauce. Get it together guys

Hi there, Google Gang it's yo Boi Highball. Daves HOT Chicken 🐔 is off the hook 🪝, if you haven't tried this restaurant you missing out. The food is excellent and cooked to order and delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. The restaurant is conveniently located on Devine Street, next to MOE'S. Stop in, you'll love it. Thank you once again Dave's staff.

Defective App. You have to use the QR code when you order earning points. There is no QR code in the app. Samsung Galaxy S42 Ultra.

No option to cancel the order. Forcibly considers a 20% tip and would not let the order be placed otherwise. This app sucks!

Unable to sign in on app. Says username/password incorrect after typing in verification code. I'm able to sign in on desktop, so it's definitely the issues with the app. Pls update.

Terrible every single time you open the app it requires you to log in instead of saving my info like it used to. Whatever new changes you guys made to the app are absolutely horrendous, and it takes 5 days to get an email to reset password. Oh and on top of that now when you order the 1 slider and 1 tender meal you can no longer modify the slider for no slaw....you guys are terrible hire, hire some kids to manage your app they will do a better job than whoever is currently in charge
