Seems pretty good to me, I have just installed it but what I have noticed is there is no reminder service. This should be relatively simple to add an ability to remind you to get your prescription ordered in enough time before running out.

All was working fine until a few months ago when I stopped receiving text notifications to inform me that my prescriptions are ready for collection. My settings are correct, so I don't understand why I am not getting the text notifications. My pharmacy have tried to set things right but still no joy. I have now emailed customer service and hoping to get a satisfactory reply.

Not needed at all. If you are already registered with the NHS App, then the Day Lewis app offers no advantage, as it takes you to the NHS app where you have to log in. So, it's quicker to just use the NHS app itself to order your repeat prescription!

It was ok for personal use, at least ordering repeats, however it doesn't tell you when your prescription is ready. It also wouldn't let me add my kids, it said it couldn't find them (even though I've successfully done this on the LLoyds app) However, the last few times I've tried to log in it either wouldn't let me log in or has told me to nominate a pharmacy. The search function doesn't work properly. It returns pharmacies in a completely different county and doesn't return my local one.

Useless. Tried to order repeat prescription on the batch twice and pharmacy have no record.
