★★★★★ I don't know how I ran my business without 123. I have owned a grooming salon and school for 38 years. I have wasted so much time doing paperwork. Once I got 123... it does all the work for me. More time more money.

★★☆☆☆ Wow where do I begin. At first, it was fine. Now is so SLOW AND GLITCHY!! I'm about to find new software bc this is ridiculous. I'm paying for something that doesn't work half the time. Clients don't get reminder texts and sometimes it's hours before they get appt scheduled text.

★★☆☆☆ Where do I start? It deletes ALL YOUR CLIENT NOTES AT RANDOM. GROOMER BEWARE. After 3 years with this software I'm desperate to switch. It takes at least 10 solid seconds to upload EVERY page you try and access. You have to look in 3 or 4 different sections for client info, pricing, notes etc. It's painful to use. Clunky, awkward, not intuitive. Definitely did not consult groomers to create.
