Very useful for me but have some issues. "Last transactions" option in account details is nor working showing "null", but few months ago it worked perfectly (device Redmi Note 8 pro), pls check. Ideally the app should have an option to report related problems.

The app is good, but please add some more options like most importance making transaction limit minimum 5 lakhs which is more in other bank apps, checkbook requisition, adding new branches and sub-branches, getting bank statement and debit card request. Then one will be fulfilled and people will show more interest.

It is one of the slowest bank apps ever seen in my life. And badly, bkash transaction failed for slowness.

The reg took me 6 attempts and then after giving the OTP it is literally stuck in the loop for minutes. A prominent bank like this having the worst UX is really questionable! I doubt which mediocre IT company built this for them.

This app isn't work properly. I can't creat account. Unfortunately it's close. I tried many times but not working. There's show a report bug. They need to develop there app for better service their customer. Please take action about it. Thank you DBL
