The app allows various transactions, thus saving me the hassle of phone banking or going to the branch. Also, the Insight feature is excellent, the algorithm has triggered me several times for duplicate transactions.

App won't run if it detects apps with accessibility permissions. I could maybe understand this it were sideloaded apps. But it is now blocking legitimate apps downloaded via the Play Store too. In my case, Tasker, and Nova Launcher. Both genuine apps via Play Store than use accessibility permissions to run correctly. DBS app won't run with these apps installed. This is overreach way too far. You must not block legitimate apps installed via the Play Store!!!

I tried to open Citibank app, couldn't log in, it just kept spinning. Ended up with an error "Something went wrong at our end!" At least you acknowledge it's your end problem. Are bank apps supposed to be down so often at random times? Totally unreliable. EDIT on 13th October - ERROR: Citibank Alert : You may be facing some delays, and we're trying to sort it out now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Do check back... shaking my head. Simply atrocious.
