Been a month, the apps are STILL unable to launch. Force close every time. I still have money inside and frequent user for 2 year. Clearing cache, clear data, uninstall, reinstall, still the same. The apps can't be launch at all

Can't open the app after the latest update. Uninstall and reinstall the app, and it still can't work. I am using the Android phone; probably first time that the App was unable to login after an update. This was quite frustrating as we need to use the App for fund transfers.

I am trying to log in it from my new phone (android 15 OS) while I'm at oversea, still unable to login into the app successfully even though I have completed all the sms otp and email otp. The baffling thing is that why it keeps on complaining incorrect email otp and unable to proceed further given that I have entered correct email otp and received email notifications it's activated. I have done reinstallation multiple times and clear cache but still not working. After all, OTP trial exceeded.

It's generally a good app, but when I wanted to close my paylah account, it did not allow me to close and was stuck at tell us why section as the options are not coming up in android app effectively blocking me from closing my account. Am on samsung s24 Ultra and using the latest dbs paylah app version and android version. Tried reinstalling as well still did not work. One star for missing such a basic functionality and forcing us to keep the account.
