★★★★★ Have had this app for years, we refer to it as "the Scotsman". When I want to get to sleep fast, when I'm having trouble getting to sleep or wake up and can't back to sleep. "Let's use the Scotsman?" Love it.

★★★★★ Edit: The 11:26 is the intro, it keeps going after that ends, according to your settings. This app is the first thing I install on a new phone, I've loved it for years now. It has helped me cope with unmanaged insomnia, chronic pain, and severe migraines. I often just rewind the initial relaxation intro if I don't fall asleep the first time. He has a lovely soothing voice, with a pleasant Scots accent, and the guidance is just what I need to calm my racing ADHD brain during times of distress.

★★☆☆☆ Used to be great, but now the app won't let you adjust settings it it ends either WAKE UP mode and that sucks when I have finally fell asleep. Please fix this otherwise awesome app.

★★☆☆☆ No, no no, no no, no I have used this app for years and I have gotten used to the order working from bottom to top, you can't totally flip it around!! Please go back to how it was before, I can't sleep to this anymore 😭
