Ever since the app rolled out this new version, using it has been great. This app deserves 10 stars. I can do everything from bill pay to mobile deposits to apply for a loan all on the app. This app is so good I've yet to need help from customer service.

I don't think I have ever been this frustrated with Del-One. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to update this app. I have deleted and downloaded this app more times than I can remember. I put my information in, and it says it doesn't recognize it. I have sent several messages since no one is ever available to chat online with no response. I went to the bank that was no help either. Any updates can cause problems and people should be available to help customers work through it, I'm disappointed

Del dropped the ball who puts out an app that's worse than the one it's replacing no mobile check deposit.
