I had to download the app because the website would not let me sign up because that process is broken. In the app, when you go to payment methods it just says there are no payment methods saved, but it doesn't let you add payment methods. The app feedback button in the app does nothing. Nothing happens when you click on it. The FAQ page in the app wasn't loading. This is my first time with Del Taco, so it's not a good sign. How much of a headache and I adding to my life?

Same issue every time! When contacting Del Taco via this app regarding rewards I get a blank page and customer service link is always broken. I tried other categories, such as feedback and I get the same blank page. This has been an ongoing issue. I tried notifying Del Taco AGAIN because they have been lying to people about getting a free Epic Burrito every 3 months as long as you remain in "Epic" status. I've read about many others who are not getting theirs either. Please fix.

Where do I start ? I'm submitting this complaint, on Google, because the app's "customer help" function, doesn't work (working buttons result in a blank screen). Evidently, it's still not possible, to customize an order for multiples of an item, at once. I attempted to use the bogo del taco offer, today. I entered two tacos, went through the customization option, went to the checkout, applied the saved offer, and paid. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the order contained only one taco.
