This app is infuriating to use. First the scan box attachment doesn't fit my new Pixel 8. It appears to be designed for an iPhone. App UI is clean, but the scan process is really frustrating. The green box scan targeting is virtually impossible to hit on some steps. There are many things that could be improved. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Certainly don't pay over $200 for the monitoring service like I did. Find another way.

Here's a thought, after doing this for the 100th time, I don't need to hear the instructions repeated twice before every. Single. Scan. If I'm double tapping to skip, I don't need to hear the same thing again. See what I did there? If I must listen to every instruction twice, at least let me start moving the camera before the instructions are done playing the second time.

I had to interrupt a scan and when I went to continue the scan it no longer offers me the instructions of following the dots. Now it's just a video without telling me to bite down any dots, and it just takes random pictures even if you're not placing your teeth correctly. How can I change it back to the old format with the dots?

While this app is very handy for monitoring your orthodontic treatment, the setup is a real pain. It appears that the scan pro device does not work with most phones. I have had 2 Androids and neither worked with the scan pro. Perhaps this was meant only for an Iphone. My photos keep getting rejected and for that I just have to give it a low rating. There really should be an Android attachment with this thing...
