Update DH Gate has handled all issues quickly and to my satisfaction. The items are usually of high quality just pay attention to the reviews. I order many different things from them and quite enjoy the product as long as you don't mind the shipping time. 2 times I didn't receive an item, it's usually pretty good, whenever I try and do the refund the way they tell me it says I have no authorization. I'm out $50 on undelivered items. The items I receive are usually really good.

Edit: 1 year later, "devs" replied to my review. This app is garbage Ordered twice on this app from different sellers for cheap concentrate rigs.1st time was okay. Shipping took months 2nd time the seller never shipped my item but said they did. Couldn't dispute it for 2 months cause of how the app works. When I finally disputed and got a refund, I waited 15 business days, then called my bank, and they basically told me they couldn't help me. Save your time and money and stay away from this app

My order from January 1st has still not arrived. I have been in contact with the seller, resulatioution team, and the post office. Multiple requests for replacement or a refund have been ignored. Never buy from this trash company. They will take your money and not deliver your order. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would give them zero stars if possible. Please never waste your money or time with dhgate.
