★★★★★ Found out it was the senders fault not putting the right address label on my parcel for delivery that why took two days that why it went back to warehouse, so it was not the drivers fault or DHL fault my apologies ok It was cash converters fault not putting right address on the parcel in the first place Eventually I got my parcel in the end Just took extra day staying at home waiting for it Still had inconvenience But least I no it was the senders fault now not DHL Kind regards Adrian

★★★★★ When I get a sms to verify my account it still says error even though I entered everything correctly in the sms verification. (they fixed it)

★★☆☆☆ Trash app. Live tracking is non-existent on the app. "Click here to see map" leads you in circles and never shows. Kind of convenient when the delivery driver is sending "change delivery" links to DHL websites that go nowhere from a private number. If you thought this app would aid in transparency, think again. The "courier" doesn't want you to see the live location while also insisting on removing the signature process. Company has 0 oversight it looks like. Buyer beware

★★☆☆☆ Loaded up... took the number from my email to track my parcel... nothing. !!! Reports number is wrong and no amount of messing will get it to work. !! Needless say it's now been uninstalled, and I have to give it 1 star because there's no zero-star option. Don't waste your time with it. Further investigation finds there are 2 DHL sections... DHLExpress and DHLCommerce. The App is for express. My parcel comes via commerce despite me being a domestic customer. Come on DHL get a grip. !!

★★☆☆☆ Snail mail has been redefined. DHL is THE WORST shipping company ever. Shipping takes and UNGODLY amount of time. Estimated delivery date is NEVER correct. Pretty sure percentage of lost/mishandled packages is atrocious. If you NEVER want something to arrive to someone - this is the company you're looking for. You will NEVER get your package. Tacking is SO vague. Why are you all still in business?
