★★☆☆☆ Lately I keep getting my trips marked down or sometimes not marked at all. As a long time client, going on 4/5 years now the monthly cashback booster was what has been keeping me with dial direct insurance now that incentive isn't as enticing.

★★☆☆☆ Operational aspects not to good trips either disqualified or not registered, callback never works and if l phone in l waste approximately R,30 before l can get someone to talk to. Reported problems, but it appears that very few as well as technical staff can do anything.

The third time I call will be cancelling the policy and taking my business else where. Because can see that I'm going to have problems with you especially with claiming.
