Dialogue has helped me multiple times, especially with our of office hours appointments rather than waiting in clinics or hospital waiting rooms. The nurse practitioners and physicians have all been excellent and follow up has been good. Recently, wait times for appointments are longer and there was a technical issue which delayed a prescription, but those were inconvenient not catastrophic. I recommend the service to everyone I work with.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Dialogue. I booked in to talk to a doctor regarding insomnia, and they instantly took action. I was booked In to call a doctor that day, within a few hours I had spoken with a doctor, given a prescription, booked in for blood work, and they've been helping me set up and sleep test as well. They are by your side every step of that way. With how hard it is to find a doctor here Dialogue is a lifesaver, they truly have made a difference in my life.

Time booking logic is broken or inefficient: while a calendar date picker could be offered, instead you have to plan through text and a waitlist and waiting for 200 persons between each step. The call of the nurse also doesn't do a phone notification which is another tech problem. Also, some nurses are amazing and nice and helpful, and others are quite disagreeable. The biggest limitation is the freaking health care system itself that doesn't allow some things to be checked remote while it could.

They left me hanging. But, if you get upset enough and call them out on the poor work ethic they might reach out and try and put a spin on the problem by blaming you.
