Would love to try the app, but it does not let me accept the terms when signing up. Whenever I try to check the checkbox it just unchecks it again.

I could not even create an account. The app forces you to get your identity verified through plaid. It failed at the first attempt and I could not get support to respond to help me even demo the app. There is no support number and all they do is have a ticket system that they never respond to. Also tried contacting plaid, but their system is just as bad. Not a good first impression for an institution that wants to manage our kid's money.

We are excited to get started, but I can not get past the creation of the account. I have tried deleting and reinstalling. I have hard reset my phone. But it continues to force shutdown when I'm creating an account for kids. We want to get the bank account set up but can't get past that screen.
