Why so much hate? I prefer this than postman putting it in mailbox and then other people stealing my AliExpress packages. It is simple to use and looks safe

Better than when they started. Half the time didn't work. Not many options to unlock. Now much better. Only post office is retarded and scattering packages across entire city.

I wasn't able to open box with this app. Not even with NFC. I found it helpful to see what package I have to pick up. Other than that, it is useless.

It says package picked up, but actually the app has crashed, now I cannot open upy locker. Wasting time, fuel and energy.

The process is terrible. I received an SMS that contained a link and a phone number, but no instructions. Had my mom go pick it up, thinking I could unlock it by just clicking the link. Nope. You have to connect via Bluetooth/NFC, but first give permission, which my mom doesn't know. Alternative options include typing some code somewhere. If I knew the process, I wouldn't have bothered her. She gave up, I came later, and the link opened a page telling me the packet has already been taken.
