Almost once every two weeks now, my card will get locked as the automated system detects suspicious activity while making mundane purchases (Today it happened at the local supermarket that I always shop at). When this happens past 5pm on a Friday, I have no access to my money until the support line opens again on Monday morning. I was told that I would be able to use this app to avoid this issue, however my card isn't shown on my list of cards and can't be added (says already have access to card)
