Upon recommendation from a trusted source, I tried the 30-Day Self Care Challenge. I was able to do the Day 1 exercise after much trouble; enjoyed it enough that I looked forward to Day 2. Today, Day 2, it would only activate Day 1; I uninstalled/reinstalled, logged off and on, checked for updates-nothing worked. I finally re-did Day 1 hoping to get to the Day 2 exercise. It jumped to DAY 3. AND the in-app journaling was gone. This guided app is more stressful than helpful; wasted my time.

I signed up for a paid subscription, but I had to reset my phone. When I re downloaded the app and signed in with my email address, I wasn't able to just pick up where I left off, and I was being asked to sign up for the subscription again and pay AGAIN. This is frustrating because I really liked using the app, but this is a major problem considering the fact that I have to pay again when I already paid.

I was really excited to try this app, but the amount of problems with it make it so frustrating, which isn't really what you want when trying to journal about your emotions! If you try and work through a course the app randomly skips days and doesn't track progress properly. Reached out to the support team who only asked if I had my app updated, I did, and they never got back to me again. Frustrating.
