★★★★★ I'm a big fan of their location based bus and train tracker in chicago. Overall most of the bikes run well, the bike angels program is boss, and you usually don't struggle to find bikes. I wish the ebike rate was a little bit lower for yearly members. If you aren't a yearly member it is much more expensive, but you can get it free by doing bike angels

★★★★★ Edit: Whyyyyy would you move the "Public Transit" tab to such an inconvenient location? Very good app and service (in Chicago at least). My only complaint is that you can't check times for public transport while on a bike ride. This would be useful to know whether it would be faster to take the train/bus vs keep biking, for example. However, it's not really enough to dock a star, so I'm still really satisfied.

★★☆☆☆ The app is very inaccurate as far as changing you. My wife and I had a 2-hour bike ride on an e bike and were charged $125. Completely disappointed. Not recommend use the train or bus.

★★☆☆☆ Would not recommend. Could not stop my scooter from being charged after 15 minutes of getting off. I tried using the app and even customer service and nothing. Never using these scooters again

★★☆☆☆ The most expensive way to rent a bike. I would rather not rent a bike. You can probably go to a pawn shop buy a bike and then sell it back to the pawn shop and save more money than using Divvy. Unclear rates. Horrible bikes. And the gear ratio on the pedal bikes is horrible too. If you call customer service, good luck.
