The app swallowed an extra payment today for a 7-day package. So instead of 6.50 I was charged 13.00 EUR. Unacceptable.

App is virtually useless. I mean good I can see my balance and internet BUT, I can't buy anything from my account balance. Why? You can straight pay for internet but when you try to buy package you need to pay with card. Only way to use your internal funds to buy is to go to the dna website instead. Then excuse me, but what's the point of this app? Not to mention it straight up gives error when you try to pay with card.

Used to work, change to new phone, same Sim card but the app said my subscription is not DNA prepaid, but it definitely is!!!
