Not exaggerating when I say this app may have saved my life. Admittedly I got very lucky with the doctors I picked and received phenomenal care. From basic skin rashes to phycological care when I couldn't make myself leave the house, I highly recommend. I have helped a number of family, friends and colleagues start Doctors on Demand. Update: while I do still love this app, the new update is less than thrilling. The new app is missing many of the features that made the app user-friendly

Many of the doctors in doctor on demand are kind. I have a law enforcement type career, and the talk therapy counselors I have tried till one had easier scheduling and was more consistent were all great for sorting through work concerns safety on the job etc. etc. thanks Dr on demand & Dr Malone. Dr Celya (something)...and Dr Jose Gonzalez.... there have been too many great ones to name them all. But thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Used to love this option, 5 stars, but they have changed their platform, and I am no longer to see the provider I was established with. I have contacted their help but it's just an AI misunderstanding and no followup.

By the far worst doctors to see, had issues with doctor appointments and worst of the worst psychiatrist, these doctors make me open my eyes and realize why should I even see doctors anymore, over all -5 out of 10, forgot to mention I get stopped and get told to go back to work in the middle of my treatment and my provider says I didn't follow up with my visits when there were clearly a bug going on with the app, no doctors care about u, only care for a paycheck

Terrible experience. No efficiency, no one knows how to resolve the system errors, constant apologies that don't seem genuine, I hate this system and I don't recommend it to anyone. Had a virtual doctor's appointment and doctor never showed up.

I would highly suggest finding a different service. They're happy to take your money to get the appointment, but the wrong prescription dosage was called in. After my pharmacy sent a request back to doctor on demand the prescription was somehow canceled. I am going on two weeks now of trying to get my inhaler refilled and have called them and messaged them through the app and have gotten zero support. Don't waste your money, time and healthcare on this horrible service/company.
