The App is a little counterintuitive when registering. To tick the acceptance boxes you have to scroll down the t&c's and then tick the accept box at the bottom. You do need an access code. Mine has just come in an email, but I had no idea my travel insurance included this potentially very useful service when I bought it last week. Perhaps on the initial sign in screen it should say "Register below first, then sign in). As ever it's the" getting started" bit that could be a bit easier.

Not sure why this is rated so poorly. Some people mention they can't sign up because of terms of conditions popping up when hitting tick boxes, well all you do is scroll to the bottom of the terms page and hit the accept button, and it ticks the box for you, easy. The sign-up was quick, and I book a video consultation for the next morning (I'm currently on holiday in Japan), which I just concluded bang on time. No reason not to give it a full 5 stars.

AA Market travel insurance (Underwritten by AXA) with the selling point of this app. When you actually try to use it, AXA says they have nothing to do with it, and the AA say all insurance complaints have to go to AXA. So although you paid for it, you cannot get an access code. Probably best to avoid all these companies if you don't want to rip your hair out. Edited: developer needs to work with their partners selling access to app if they are to retain credibility. No use blaming the customer.

Awful app. Requested a call from the doctor. I was told "within the hour". No call back. When I later queried, they said that the doctor had "tried" to call. Do not use if it's an emergency

I've tried arranging both video calls and call with doctors several times, and it never works. They say that the appointment is booked, but I never receive the call or nobody joins the video call. Really scammy.
