I had the same start as the previous review as the app wouldn't start because it said I needed to turn on my Verify App option. After speaking with a rep at Dollar Bank it seemed my Verify App was on my Android, but I was told to turn it off and then turn it on and it worked immediately. Love this app as it makes me feel me in control of my debit card.

I love the app because right after I make a purchase I automatically decrease my available debit amount to a very small dollar amount, so hackers will get very little. If I know I am going to make a purchase that day 5 minutes before the purchase I increase the amount available to the purchase price etc. It has been a safe practice for me!

Okay, I had an insane amount of issues setting up the app. FIRST, Make sure you enter your street address exactly how they have it. I have a weird postal address. This was my first problem. SECOND Make sure that your password is NOT more than 13 characters!! Mine are usually long and complicated. It took 3 calls to online banking to find this out, so it's not widely known. Hopefully this will help you avoid hours of frustration and swearing...lol!

Well I have tried to install the card control app, and it DOES NOT WORK, it keeps saying username and password are incorrect. Needing a second app to control the card is ridiculous. And a waste of time.
