The UI/UX is very nice, and the app is flawless, but I have a concern, and that JS the reason I downloaded the app, but it did not have that, and it is. The app does not have a therapist or a psychological adviser

I sent 3 messages to some doctors, but I got no responses from them.

Expensive service compared to the slow response and lack of follow-ups. Lack of some key services such as ex rays. It's a good initiative, but the company needs to work on their nonmedical staff's skills. On the other hand, the medical staff were experienced and cooperative, yet there was a lack of referring to specialists when service was provided initially.
