Driver assigned, waited ten minutes, driver never left his location to fetch me. So cancelled and deleted app. Don't accept jobs if you can't fulfill them, particularly when pick up is from the hospital! Also, I feel like a lot of the 5-star reviews on here are fake. Did 15 odd people all think it was a "brilliant app" with no other comment?!

It was a decent app as well as a decent company. You could rely on them. However since a week ago the app stopped working. You can no longer book taxis because your payment gets declined. This issue was raised to the company when ordering over the phone but a week later nothing changed. This is very inconvenient as in this day and age we carry less and less cash and when you get no notice of this unavailability, and find out on the end of your journey it really complicates matters.
