Not a bad handheld CRM. I wish you could upload from gallery and edit notes like you can on a desktop. Had an issue the last day and a half where it shows text messages and videos being delivered, but customers are not receiving them. Overall I like it

Pure discrimination against Android users. The apple version is a thousand times better. I must use DriveCentric for work. I will be forced to sell my soul and buy an Apple device just to do my job as well as my apple using co-workers. I am begging my dealership to switch CRM software companies.

I read a lot of reviews on this app. Seems to be a huge issue for Android users. Ongoing, buggy, won't load videos, no spell checker, limited capabilities. I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to.

I have used this app for about 3 years now, and it is still complete trash. Constantly being updated, and it's still one of the most buggy app experiences known to man. Support team is a joke - they will respond because they are graded on their response time, but they don't do anything to actually help resolve an issue. I would rather chisel phone numbers and notes into a stone than use this app. Then I wouldn't have to force close the app 20 times to just send a text. Using Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra
