It dinged me for distracted driving when I pulled over to check directions on my phone. The car was at a complete stop when I checked my phone. Also, the hard breaking detection is too sensitive.

My wife and I have been using Driveology as a means to reduce our insurance premium. The application has been nothing but a fiasco. Since we share a vehicle, it always pairs with her phone, yet when we are together, I drive. It's ridiculous not to be able to select who is driving. We are forced to turn Bluetooth off on her phone, therefore disabling her ability to connect via Carplay. That's if we remember... then the PASSENGER'S phone can't be connected to the car for entertainment.

This app is incredibly invasive. The braking is broken. Constant notifications saying it's not recording trips when I'm in vehicles for work. I'd rather pay more a month than use this junk. Reduced speed ahead signs is where the speed actually changes on the app. It encourages bad driving as much as it encourages good driving. The app has no clue on the braking situation. One hard braking event drops the score too much. Pull over to check phone the app is so slow and delayed it will ding you.
