Garbage qr recognition code, this trash never works, making driver license checks a hassle every damn time. Edit after ~3 years: it's still garbage. Terrible password reset process, still terrible qr scanning. Just poorly developed system overall. Also, if the user needs to be in perfect light to scan the code and wobble his license like a clown, perhaps DON'T USE REFLECTIVE STICKERS? Or use a better built in qr scanner - somehow almost all other apps from my bank to corona do this faster+better.

The "mirrored camera" problem has finally been fixed, good. Backside recognition still requires patience and luck, but either I got lucky this year or jt also improved a bit.

My company picked this app to verify our licenses. After trouble verifying the rear of the German license, I found the root cause (app is constantly triggering vibration) and reported it to the developer (ticket #277295). When all vibration on the phone is turned off (which is buried in the phone settings), verification works reliably. After 6 months I reported again that the issue was still there. Now, 1 year later, it has still not been fixed. Stay away!
