I don't like that it takes points off for being parked and texting! I pick up someone for work and ive got points deducted for letting them know I was there. I was parked! It also doesn't let you have an optio n to say you're not the driver! So I cant use my phone if im a passenger in my own car or someone elses. If I use my gps it counts as" phone usage" and you get stars taken away. If they want to do that have a gps option in the app.

It's way too sensitive. If you go around a corner-it doesn't matter how fast or slow it will mark off for cornering. If you sit in your parked car and are on your phone, it will mark off for phone use. Its too sensitive on acceleration as well. There's no way to dispute or adjust anything either. This is the worst app I've used for tracking driving. Much better ones exist. I don't recommend.

They make a number of false assumptions such as aggressive breaking is due to following too close (what about the kid that runs out in front of you, the car that pulls out of a driveway or side street in front of you, etc.). What is the statistical margin of error for their speed checking system. From my experience it is not very good, and they must not be factoring that in to their scoring (no matter how careful you are it will claim you were speeding).
