Absolutely brilliant! The app makes it so easy to book a car wash and other services. Our valet arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and professional and gave our car a brilliant clean, inside and out. Droplets is highly recommended!

Such an easy app to use and such a great service. Might not look cheap vs some places, but they spend ages, not a quick splash with enough water to supply a village which then leaves smears etc.!

You have gone through the rigmarole of creating an account, giving them all your details - full address, email, phone number, car details to be able to do anything only to find out the service isn't available in my area. Great. Could have let me check that before I wasted 10 minutes on a pointless app.

Tried to sign up, but the address tab just defaults back to select address. No option to add it manually. Short and sweet.

Can't really say how good the app is as I can not create an account. It won't let me select an address. Have even tried multiple addresses but still no luck. Would be good if you could book via the website and not have to do it through an app that obviously isn't up to it. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere for a valet
