Drum Beats+ Rhythm Metronome

★★★★★ Excellent Drum Machine App Love this basic app for its quick access prefab Drum loops complete with a beat timer...use it on my Nexus 6 for practice with my Telecaster guitar while I sing on my PA system.

★★★★★ This is the perfect app I was looking for. I'm not a drummer and have no interest in creating drum tracks. I use it for piano accompaniment and run it on a Samsung Tab 10. The drum sounds are just like real acoustic drums when running through my big PA system. It's like having a live drummer in the room. The app is very easy to use. I play mostly 50s, 60,s, 70s, and 80's music with some more modern like Adele,John Legend and Coldplay, and have found that the Country 1 (99 cents) track set covers most of the beats needed that the out-of-box sets don't. Love it!

★★☆☆☆ Not enough rock & need to pay extra for metal beats I'm a classic rock player. Bought this after I watched the video for guitar world where I could see that you could jam along to classic rock beats. The thing is there's only really 8 I'd call rock and their version of wonderwall sounds horrible. They have a separate pop/rock category but once again there's only 21 beats there. Then there's some break beats but I'm not sure how useable they all of them are for the rock guitarist. I guess I just thought I was getting more beats. You have to upgrade for metal beats (pay extra) after already splashing out money. I think it goes without saying these should be included in the price to give true value for money and it's a bit misleading that such a genre isn't included when their review is coming from guitar world. MORE METAL AND ROCK NEEDED AND INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!

★★☆☆☆ Not nearly enough rock or metal I would give it five stars if the Metal pack was included and not just Lars Ulrich's sound and or style. I want to see some napalm death, slayer, old Sepultura, Cavalera Conspiracy, Machine Head, etcetera, etcetera. Lars? Why? Lol

★★☆☆☆ Where is customer service I used to love this app. I re-download it recently and I went to restore my packs that I paid for, and it would stop downloading right before the first one was complete. I emailed them four times and still haven't heard from them. If I could get my packs restored I'd give it 5 stars plus. If they had a customer service that would acknowledge my existence, that would be nice too. I hate giving bad reviews, but this time, I had no choice since it is a paid app and then some.
