★★★★★ DSK-eBanking is easy to use. It would be good to have more options showing more information.

★★★★★ Doesn't run most ot the time, especially after 00.00. Keeps you without a way to use your money. Only use when possible, is to transfer money to Revolut. Unacceptable for one of the biggest banks in Bulgaria.

★★☆☆☆ The website is so more functional and useful than mobile. I cannot view statements from couple years ago even though it allows me to select the dates. Also, the atm map doesn't work correctly. I tab to locate me, so I can see the nearest atm, bit it just shows me the whole country. I don't want to search on a map where I am. Also, I would love to have the option to make limits for week or month, not just daily

★★☆☆☆ Horrible application! Doesn't show detailed transactions' history, doesn't show transactions made through the website.... I can't even change my phone number! The most ridiculous thing is I can't see my cards details, not even the whole card number!! Awful!

★★☆☆☆ I can't send money to someone online just because I am not yet a citizen, which makes it funny and strange, I can't even pay phone bills. I have been in a bank in person so that I can be helped, but nothing happened. What's the use of having online banking where I can only check my balance but nothing else?
