THEY'LL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE WHICH IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! GOT THEY'RE KIDS KEEPING UP NOISE IN THE BACKGROUND. THE WORST TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL NO RESOLUTION! APP ISSUES I have a lot of points & I can't use them on the app, it says there was an issue, try again. Also, I keep checking if there are updates because I click on the app & it won't open most of the time & it just buffers & it's not my service. I have a new Samsung with hardly anything saved & I have no issues with any other apps. What's going on DSW?

This app is not working. It will not allow favorites to be saved. Even if it is moved to the shopping cart and then 'move to favorites' from there nothing happens. And I tried to save some shoes to favorites which are out of stock then tried to get an alert when they come back in stock but no notification is allowed because that part says they are in stock which I know they're not. Very upset
